Creating a space that is supporting African youth development

Through personal funding and donations, we have successfully managed the construction of a small learning center that offers a protected indoor learning space for teachers and children.

The center allows us to safely store valuable donated items such as books, toys, stationery, food, first aid supplies, cooking utensils, etc.

We have selected a handful of trusted, knowledgeable youth mentors and qualified teachers to participate in the Organizations youth development program.

The learning center operates on weekends, after school hours, and during school holidays. Our team of youth mentors are always available on site during operational hours. The local children are welcomed to participate in activities like reading, English & Math tutoring lessons, team orientated sporting activities, storytelling and singing & dancing. If a student wishes to complete his/her homework and project assignments or to study, they are welcome to do so.

There is great importance in educational excursions for school children, it opens their minds to new possibilities and prospects.

We are immensely grateful for the generous donation of a minibus to our Organization. This invaluable gift not only provides us with much-needed transportation but also enables us to take the children on educational excursions that will positively impact their learning journey.

Our vision encompasses expanding the current premises to construct a new Secondary school that has access to high speed internet connection, introducing electronics, such as projectors, iPads & computers, and a big library, to enhance student learning potential. Education doesn't only have to be for children, as we never stop learning, and we feel that this upgraded learning environment will serve as an opportunity for the adult staff, advancing their careers as teachers and tutors. Education is freedom for all.
